Making a Purchase Making a purchase with Mary Jane Lingerie could not be easier. Just browse our store by clicking on one of the categories listed. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Purchase Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently only accept orders from United Kingdom customers and only dispatch to addresses within the United Kingdom.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All payments are processed using Barclaycard Business so you can be assured that shopping with Mary Jane Lingerie is easy, safe and 100% secure. We accept credit/debit card payments. Please note all currencies on this website are UK Pounds Sterling (£).

Returns Policy .

All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee.

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund (less Postage costs) provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. .

Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please also note that returns on Body Stockings, Stockings & Tights are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US BY EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Email address for returns notification: info@maryjanelingerie.co.uk A returns reference number will be emailed to you usually within 24 hours of receiving your email this reference number must be obtained before your item is returned and items must returned to Returns Department, Mary Jane, PO Box 997, Warrington, WA1 9BB. All returns must be received within 28 days.

Goods returned outside this allocated time frame will not be accepted.

Mary Jane Lingerie are not liable for any postage costs, loss or damage of returned goods, therefore we advise you to use an insured and signed for delivery method such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery Service.

Back Orders
In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days. We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times their maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Mary Jane Lingerie takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system.
