Delivery

  1. All parcels will be dispatched within maximum 3-5 working days, however we aim to dispatch orders on the next business day or earlier.

  2. Delivery by Royal Mail Recorderd Delivery anonymous envelopes or padded bags with no advertising logos or promotions. At present we use only one delivery method.

  • Standard – £3.50 – usually 1-3 working days, however you should allow us up to 10 working days before contacting us if you order has not arrived, as Royal Mail class parcels lost after 15 workig days.

  1. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit, or for order delays caused by incorrect address information supplied.

 

Returns and Refunds

 
Sending the parcel:
  1. Please contact us at returns@maryjanelingerie.co.uk stating reason for return and providing your address, so we could send you freepost return label.

  2. When dealing with returns parcel we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of the content of your parcel on its way back to us.

  3. Our address is being currently changed. Please use contact us form to obtain return labels and address.

 
Unwanted purchases:
  1. Any product you are not perfectly happy with may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Due to nature of the products listed, we are sure you understand that we cannot accept the return of any products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons. Therefore goods must be with their original condition and packaging. Lingerie or costumes are only returnable if the product is defective or significantly differs from information supplied on the website. This also applies to products without heat seal packaging.

  2. If the products is returned un-opened and un-used the refund for the value of the product or exchange will be offered to you. In the event of exchange the redelivery charges may apply.

  3. Refunds for unwanted products paid for with credit/debit card will incur administration charge of £2.50 per order.

  4. We reserve right to return goods to you if we suspect that goods have been used or any of above conditions are not met.

     

Defective products:
  1. We will replace or offer a full refund for any product found to be defective, returned within 28 days of delivery, on the day we receive it back from you. We will also reimburse you for the postage costs. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded unless item is faulty.

  2. If the item is returned as faulty, and it is in fact not faulty – redelivery charge may apply to return the item to you.

  3. Refunds for defective products paid for with credit/debid card will NOT incur any administration charge.

  4. Refunds will be made either by cheque or credit on your credit card. Please also note that we cannot be responsible for any delays in receipt of cleared funds caused by banking systems.
